The Lake

 Lake Greenwood is approximately 23-miles long with numerous creeks, lake branches, State Parks, Goat Island, and Hidden Lake. She has 212-miles of shoreline and sits on 11,400 acres of land. Lake Greenwood is used for all water based recreational activities: boating, fishing, hunting, swimming, skiing, jet skis, wave runners, etc. Fish: largemouth bass, white bass, stripped bass, catfish, white perch, white & black crappie, bream, carp, gar. Animals: bald eagles, wild turkeys, osprey, migrating geese & ducks, herons: blue & green, king fishers, cormorants, blue birds, cardinals, etc. whitetail deer, chipmonks, rabbits, grey squirres, etc. ZERO alligators :)
